This policy covers the Pass, the only purchase in Play To Prepare, a product of MSAE. The Pass is a one-time purchase, never a subscription. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. What follows is our refund policy, stated specifically enough that you know the answer before you ask.
Where you bought it decides who refunds it
Bought through Apple's App Store or Google Play: Apple or Google is the seller, and refunds go through their process under their rules. Ask them first. On Android that is Google's refund flow, which handles requests inside 48 hours of purchase; after that Google directs you to us, and this policy applies. We cannot overrule a store's decision in either direction.
Bought on our website: we are the seller, and this policy is the whole answer.
Our policy for website purchases
The daily, weekly and monthly passes are not refundable, because their whole value is delivered the moment they start. This is shown on the payment screen before you pay, not discovered here afterwards.
The 3-month pass is different: it is the one purchase where a genuine mistake stings. Within 24 hours of buying it you can ask for a refund, and we return what you paid minus one day of access at the day-pass price and minus the payment-processing fee we cannot recover. Both deductions are small, both are fair (access has value, and the fee is money the processor keeps either way), and our reply to your request states the exact figure in rupees.
Always refunded in full, no questions: a duplicate charge, and money taken without your pass being delivered. We look for these ourselves and would rather find them before you do.
When we extend instead
If your pass activates late or loses days to an outage on our side, write to us and we extend it by the lost time. Time you paid for is time you get.
How the Pass is delivered
The Pass is digital. Nothing is shipped and there is no delivery charge. It reaches your account the moment our payment gateway confirms the payment and works on every device you sign in on, up to three. The app shows the date it ends.
If you paid and the Pass has not appeared, write to us with the payment reference. A Pass that arrives late is extended by the time lost; money taken without a Pass delivered is refunded in full.
Three honest edges
An account ended for breaking the fair-use rules (scraping, bots, account sharing) keeps no pass and gets no refund of the remainder. And a pattern of repeated refunds followed by repurchase can end access to future offers; we state that here so it is never a surprise.
A pass ended by deleting your own account is not refunded. Before the deletion is accepted, the app names the days your pass has left and asks you to confirm that it ends now, without a refund. If you sign in again within the 30 days, the deletion is cancelled and the pass comes back until the date it was due to end. The one exception is the 3-month pass inside its own 24-hour window above, which stays refundable on request.
How to ask
Write to support@playtoprepare.com with the email you play under and the payment reference. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days; a refund goes back to the original payment method, normally within five to seven business days.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under law, and a purchase through a store also carries that store's own protections.
